REVISION POLICY

We provide revisions according to the package selected. Customers can request unlimited free revisions as long as the design concept remains the same. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours.

Our unlimited revision policy remains in effect until the website goes live. After launch, a maintenance package will need to be purchased, or arrangements made with the project manager for further updates.

REFUND POLICY / MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Deposited funds are generally non-refundable once initial design concepts are approved or changes are requested, unless Reign™ cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.

ALL REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE FULFILLED AS PER THE FOLLOWING ARRANGEMENT:

• Refunds for logo designs, websites, or mobile applications are only possible before approval of initial concepts. Once approved or changes are requested, refund requests will not be entertained.
• Hosting plans are non-refundable once active or used.
• Social media management and marketing plans are non-refundable after content calendars are approved or posting has begun.
• Maintenance packages are non-refundable once the website has been maintained or used for six months or more.
• Refunds are not available after 72 hours of initial design delivery, but we encourage you to contact us for concerns.
• Refund requests require action within seven days of placing an order; reactivation may incur additional fees.
• Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered.
• Website development and deployment packages are non-refundable once completed.
• Video animation packages are non-refundable after the storyboard design stage.
• Refund requests must be submitted to our support team and may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
• Requests must have valid reasons aligned with the design brief; if the concept was designed according to the brief, a refund will not be issued, but revisions will continue until satisfaction.
• Refunds are void if multiple design agencies are used for the same job to claim a refund.
• Customer feedback is required to finalize designs.
• 100% Unique Design Guarantee allows a redraw if a design is found to be similar to an existing design; copyright is the client’s responsibility.

• Our team will attempt to resolve your concern per the revision policy or provide written approval for a refund.
• Upon refund, design rights transfer to Reign; you cannot display or use any version of the design.
• Copyright acquisition details may be shared with relevant authorities to prevent future reuse.

My Account

The My Account area is your primary channel for communication with designers. Regularly checking this area is your responsibility. Non-use does not qualify for refunds. For assistance, contact our support team.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our designers adhere strictly to specifications provided in the order form. All designs undergo thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting are included with applicable website packages. Email accounts can be configured on third-party email software, with 10MB storage each. Hosting, domain, or email packages are non-refundable if not provided by Reign.

Delivery Policy

All design files are delivered to My Account per the date on the "Order Confirmation". Notification emails are sent upon delivery. Rush delivery is available for an additional $100 for first logo samples within 48 hours.

Record Maintenance

We maintain a copy of finalized designs and can resend files upon request.

Customer Support

24-hour customer support is available to address queries promptly.

Communication Policy

Reign is not liable for communications from emails or phone numbers outside our official domain or listed toll-free numbers.

Access to Information

Providing accurate, current, and complete information is your responsibility. Reign may suspend or terminate accounts for incorrect information. PCI DSS compliance allows secure credit card storage for recurring services or project development.

Exclusions

Third-party plugin or API integrations are limited to standard functionality. Any additional work requires a separate fee agreement.

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in (for example, by checking a consent box on our forms), you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Reign Web Experts.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

• Service-related updates
• Project coordination and communication
• Appointment reminders
• Account notifications
• Promotional or marketing messages (if applicable)

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction, service activity, and engagement with our team.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt in again.
